The sizable population of our country’s older residents continues to grow as baby boomers hit senior citizen status. Our one-year Geriatric fellowship emphasizes quality of care and deep understanding of Socioeconomic Determinants of Health to develop competent, compassionate geriatricians. We follow the Age-Friendly Health Systems 4Ms Framework for patient care — measuring What Matters, Medication, Mentation and Mobility for our senior population. The Wright Center for Community Health is the only Pennsylvania training site for NYU Langone Health’s AEGD residency program, providing dental residents with an immersive, hands-on learning experience in a community health setting. Residents care for diverse patient populations while working alongside experienced dental professionals and other healthcare providers in an integrated, whole-person care environment.
